Booking Policy for Ladies Own Transport Services Driving School

Thank you for choosing Ladies Own Transport Services Driving School – the ONLY All Female Instructor Team! To ensure that our students have a smooth and enjoyable learning experience, we have established the following booking policy:

Booking Process:

1. To book a driving lesson, please call our office during business hours or book online through our website www.ladiesowntransport.co.za. We recommend that you book your lesson at least a week in advance to secure your preferred time and date.
2. When booking your lesson, please provide us with your name, contact information, and any other relevant details such as your driving experience level or any special requests.
3. Our office staff will confirm your booking via email or phone, and provide you with the name of your driving instructor, the date, time, and location of your lesson, and any other relevant information.

Lesson 

Rescheduling:

1. If you need to reschedule your lesson, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a new time and date that suits you.
2. If you need to reschedule your lesson with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a rescheduling fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the lesson.
3. If your driving instructor needs to reschedule your lesson due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or inclement weather, we will do our best to find a new time and date that suits you.
4. In the event that we need to cancel your lesson due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness or vehicle maintenance issues, we will offer you a rescheduled lesson at no additional cost.

Vehicle

1. We take the utmost care to maintain our vehicles in safe and roadworthy condition. All our vehicles are comprehensively insured and fitted with tracking devices.
2. We reserve the right to terminate your lesson immediately if you are driving recklessly or endangering yourself or others and do not listen to the instructions provided by the instructor.
